Stay in a terrific duplex in one of the most beautiful streets of La Roma: Tabasco. Five minutes away from the famous Plaza Río de Janeiro, between Insurgentes & Álvaro Obregón, two of the main avenues that will connect you with the city, including La Condesa, La Juárez, and El Centro Histórico. Take a walk in tree-lined streets, between gorgeous architecture, restaurants with outdoor eating areas, taquerías & coffee shops, local clothing stores, vinyl, decoration, bookstores…

You'll love the building for its green aesthetics by mixing architecture with an urban jungle design. It's a special place indeed!
Just by opening the door, the space amazes you with two levels connected by an internal staircase and art gallery vibes. Everything around is unique: an eclectic décor, shelves with plenty of books, antiques, masks, art, and more art... you're in a home full of stories. And, what about the big windows, the beautiful natural light, and a view that will make you feel in a forest!

For an extraordinary stay, you'll have it all. On the first level, an open and ultra-equipped kitchen, a dining room, a super cozy living room, a space to work, and a charming balcony. Going up, you'll find two huge rooms; the main one with a spectacular view and that feeling of living around trees, and a dreamy king-size bed, plus a full bathroom. Walk a corridor for the second room, with a queen bed, a desk and a library, and a bathroom with a bathtub that has its original finishes. Take a bath in a vintage style!

Lovely, spacious, nice kitchen, great location. 3 flights of stairs to the front door, another flight inside to the 2 bedrooms. Has a washer, no dryer. Good WiFi, safe building. Interesting, eclectic decor, very comfortable home base to explore Roma Norte and all of Mexico City.

Best location, beautiful condo

Casa Tobasco is the best rental in town - ideal location and beautiful quiet street. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful decor/art collection in the condo as well. I plan to stay again in the future!

Unique and gorgeous home in the best possible location

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Tabasco! It looks even better in person, with well curated artwork and huge windows that fill the space with light and greenery. And it's steps away from some of the most amazing food you'll ever eat. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Mexico City!

Tobasco Street

Location on Roma Norte was excellent. Quiet streets yet lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Grocery store close as well. Apartment is beautifully decorated and the master bedroom is delightful. Lots of trees for shade and privacy, 24 hour door man and great service from Uber.

Beautiful, soulful & great location

Absolutely gorgeous apartment in Roma Norte, filled with art, books & plants, the space lends itself itself to comfy conversation and was a great place to return to from our days out. Perfect location - lots of restaurants and boutiques, and a short uber from Centro. Outstanding communication with host. Comfy beds, warm shower, quiet building. Highly recommend.

At home in Mexico City

This apartment couldn’t feel more like a home. Comfortable living space surrounded by books and art and overlooking a quiet and lush street in the heart of Roma Norte. The master bedroom is super spacious but the second bedroom is rather small. No AC so pretty warm but plenty of fans help. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing apartment in beautiful neighborhood!

We had a wonderful time in CDMX and loved our apartment! We're 3 adults (me, husband & our son)--the bedroom situation was perfect b/c there are 2 bedrooms (1 king, 1 full size), first floor with kitchen/living room. The neighborhood was lovely and there's a 24hr doorman at the entrance. We felt right at home and loved the extensive library (with primarily art/architecture books), eclectic art work and thoughtful design. Supermarket is just 1 block away and 5min walk to many restaurants, shops, cafes. The renal management company was very easy to communicate with and check in was seamless. Would definitely recommend this apartment!

Fabulous home full of art!

This is a beautiful home with the owner’s personal art and books. A design lover’s dream apartment! I only wish I could have met the owner because I believe I would have liked them a lot based on their personal style. The master bed is very comfy, and the treetop views and morning light are unique for a very urban area. Several floors of stairs, and the living room couch isn’t very comfy, but who cares! This place is fabulous! Just book it!

Beautiful two story with balcony

This two-level home is open, light, and airy in a vibrant neighborhood on a quiet street. It has a lovely balcony where you can convene with leafy branches of old trees filled with birds. It's close to many cafes, restaurants, a grocery and convenience store. There is a security guard on duty 24/7. This home is made extra special by the exquisite art on every wall and the library of beautiful books available for perusal. While reasonably well-appointed, the kitchen's coffee machine did not work well and if you need to do laundry or use dishwasher you will need to purchase your own detergent.

4/10 Poor

I really wanted to love this place! Its really well decorated and in the BEST location, however I can across many issues and deficiencies that made my stay less than ideal. First the good is that the unit is located on a quiet street with a 24hr security guard to let you in and out so VERY safe. The communication with the property manger on Whats App was fast and responsive so that was good. However we had a flooding issue from the front bathroom that never solved. The black tile is very slick and I had to worry about me and my kids slipping each time we walked past into the kitchen. One time they scheduled maids to come clean but the next time they came with workmen it was not pre scheduled with me and all our valuables were laying out! Luckily my older daughter was working remote and could look out for our valuables. There are a huge set of outdoor stairs to get to unit. Its on first floor but by USA standards its on the 3rd floor bc there is ground floor plus the second floor of the ground floor unit so its like 3rd floor. From what we know there is no elevator or no one told us. The second room had a huge and heavy painting over bed with no earthquake securing and that room has absolutely no wifi so I had to go downstairs each time. Stairwell in unit had no wall or rail on one side for very dangerous for young kids and elderly. Strange they didnt have useful things like tissues, finger towels and a first aid kit. A nice to have would be some water on arrival
