I stayed at Casa Olea for 6 nights and felt welcomed from day one. The staff was friendly and courteous, the facility was extremely clean, and daily room service was a great touch. The area is safe, walkable, and close to many main points in CDMX. Check-in and check-out were easy, the on-site cafeteria was convenient, and I loved having AC in the room. I also appreciated the added services like on-site doctor visits and airport transportation. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The room is spacious and clean. The staff are super friendly specially Abatta in the reception. The facility offers secure underground parking. There is a convenient coffe place right next with freshly made pastries. Casa Olea is a very cozy place convenient located not far from the Zocalo and The basilica. The surroundings areas are save to be walking around. I had a very pleasant experience. I really recommended.

I stayed at Casa Olea for 4 nights. The hotel itself looks very nice and well-kept, but I would not recommend staying here—at least not on the first floor. My room was located there, and it was extremely noisy. You can hear everything going on in the hotel as if the walls have zero soundproofing. Every time someone shut a door, it would wake me up in the middle of the night. To make things worse, my room’s window faced the reception/lobby area, so there was constant noise from people coming and going. I also didn’t realize my room had no air conditioning. The only way to get some air was by sliding the window open, which only made the noise issue worse. Overall, while the property looks nice, the lack of comfort and quiet makes it hard to recommend.

Brand new safe BOUTIQUE hotel. Walkable to revolution square but all the spots are 5 to 7 usd uber rides. Great. Only 25 to uber to pyramids. Will stay again.

I would say its a nice hotel, but please note walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from the other rooms. We were next yo some drunk guys who were drunk at 3am and we could hear everything, disrupting our sleep. The following day it was the sane, they were playing loud music and you could hear everything. AC was working by the way, the only issue is you will hear everything in the rooms.
