Smelly bathroom and you can get to hear noise/voices from other rooms easily. Ask for rooms not facing the sun.

If you are travelling for business this hotel is not for you. Internet was downed or mot working properly for most of my stay. Overall, the hotel is nice but very far from city center with traffic.

Great Location, room had hair in the shower, small tv, but did the job.

Great hotel to stay at for a low fare on the weekends. Good location. The place is clean but a bit rundown, especially the carpets. Staff was very friendly and helpful, overall we were very satisfied with or stay.

Hotel location, clean, amenities and confort were excellent

Hotel was clean and everyone was very friendly. Price of room service was quite high and quality of food not that good. If you're looking for a nice place to say in Santa Fe I would recommend this place

It is a nice hotel, very good attitude of the people. they did not make bed neither clean the room one day. Restaurant and food are good.

average hotel, i would expect it to be better, room cleanliness just acceptable

The decor of the rooms is really nice -- Mexican modern. However, the rooms are starting to look worn. The curtains in my room had a hole from a cigarette burn and many large pen marks on various places. The bed frame was buckled. I also found 2 long hairs (10 inches or so each!) on my bed. I only stayed one night, and when I was checking out, I showed pictures of the problem to the front dest. The manager apologized profusely but in reality, she should have comped my internet, given me a reduced rate at the time or for the future, or something similar.

CR is a Business hotel, its not the kind of hotel to do a family trip to, its clean and has most of everything to do a successful business trip, it close to most of the important enterprises that are on this part of the city without the hustle to go back on forth

Fantastic place to spend a business or fun travel night!

Santa Fe is not my favorite place in DF by any means, but I needed to be there for work. So booking the Camino Real was a pretty good choice. The hotel does not have the very cool comfort or super awesome breakfast that the CR chain is known for, but it is quite close to that (i.e., the facilities are quite comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good, but short of amazing as it has been elsewhere). I'd definitely stay there at the price I paid at this particular time IF I had to be in Santa Fe again for work. But if you want to enjoy Mexico City, well, stay elsewhere (e.g., Camino Real has a very nice facility in Polanco).

Its a good 4 star hotel. Great for business trips. Located in an upcoming area Santa Fe, the big corporations are moving to that area. Fantastic restaurants in the area !!!!

First, Santa Fe is great proximity to businesses and modern, upscale offices and restaurants -- not for tourist activities. Second, Camino Real was a very decent hotel at a price better than the next door Sheraton. Amenities and staff were great.

Nothing special regular business hotel.... ohh they charge for a tooth brush in case you forget yours and the internet is something like $20 per day

fantastic if I am back in the area defetnly I will stay in

My main complain are the prices of room service , twenty dollars for a normal club sandwich , drinks ,bottle water , restaurant , local calls at one dollar per minute and their taxis at three times a normal radio taxi and fifty percent more for the ride back to the airport. So whatever is not include in the price of the room , you as much as in a five star hotel . You have to go out for drinks, food and taxis and no entertaiment at all .

BREAKFAST IS ONLY FOR ADULTS, CHILDREN NEED TO PAY. ROOM NOT READY ON TIME

Super nice. Fancy! Japanese restaurant on the roof. Great View, friendly staff, and super cheap. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed, better than USA hotels.

Great value. 160 including taxes, compared to 300 plus in near by hotels. Nice foam pillows in the spacious suite. Room does look average, but very clean. WiFi was 15 USD per day...
