Our stay was excellent, check in was a breeze, they had everything ready for us. The rooms were clean and nice view. And lots of stores and places to eat all over. Highly recommended. Thank you again for hosting us.

We had trouble with the shower. It would go from extremely cold to extremely hot. It took forever to get it to a good temperature but it would last a couple of seconds. Other than that everything else was good.

Room was clean, great location, pretty much as expected. Pots and pans and enough dishes for 5-6 people. Kitchen was fine. Bathrooms were clean and what we expected. Negatives, no living room (not a huge deal), electrical outlets were crazy. Maybe just Mexico City but some did not work correctly, some had extension cords that were not being used correctly, some were loose and falling off the wall. Had to wake doorman up. No instructions on finding the place and it was literally a small door on a busy street. A picture and the fact that it was a door in the middle of chaos would have been nice to know. Pretty good overall, but could use some improvements.

Clean room. The building has a certain smell which we didn't like but the actual room was clean and had everything we needed. Nice staff and super convenient location. It's not quite as you can still hear traffic / music from outside but it's not a deal breaker for us.

Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at CDMX Rentals. The space was incredibly clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable atmosphere for everyone. We especially appreciated the convenient location, which allowed us to easily explore the city. The amenities were fantastic, and we felt right at home during our vacation. Property location is good & staff was very nice. Unfortunately, it was not what I booked, the place was bad, no hot water so showers were dreadful, place was stuffy & hot, plus the pillows & mattress was terrible. They must invest a bit more so guests are happy. A plus: They stored our luggage before & after, and staff was very nice & polite.

Super clean apartment by United States standards! The apartment had natural light in some windows and not in others, since it was an inner apartment. Very spacious. Easy and safe for walking around the center. Everything functioned seamlessly.

The room we were initially given smelled terrible like mold or water damage. The staff also indicated it might have been due to the heavy rain. However, I still found it very unprofessional that no one checked the room before giving it to us. Also one of the bd sheets had a blood stain on it super gross. They did provide another room but one of the restroom lights would keep messing up. Overall the staff was nice but the need to due better in the up keep.

Location was great. However, due to the location near the Zocalo and having a night club across the street, expect lots of noises and music to be into the late night. We stayed in PH2 and it was very roomy but it needs many upgrades to the roof and ceiling as rain kept coming through in several locations. Despite this, we had a great time again due to the great location and access.

great with minor challenge.

This was a great location. The apt. was clean and the building well maintained. The only problem we had was we couldn't turn on the hot water in the shower when we arrived. It was fixed within a few hours after we reported it however the shower was challenging. the water would get hot and as it was adjusted the cold would take over and there would be no hot so we had to turn it off and start over again and the water pressure was nearly nonexistent. But aside from water issues it was a very comfortable well maintained apt. and the staff were always available.

The property was central and had many shops and restaurants in walking distance which was nice. The room was spacious and visibly clean however the beds were uncomfortable and our biggest issue that we couldn’t get past was the apartment smelled like mold & mildew, especially the bathroom!! I know this is an old building and if we hadn’t gotten in so late the night of check in I probably would have stayed elsewhere.

The property itself is great, it has a kitchen, cutlery, and the bed and sheets are great. There is a bad smell in the room that never got out, and since there is no window to the outside there is little ventilation other than the AC, which did not get the smell out either, we got used to the smell in a short time but still we noticed it whenever we returned. The staff does not speak English, they know a few key phrase but any conversations require Google Translate. They are very helpful with any issue I had though. But the description that said the staff speaks English is untrue. The worst part of all is that there appears to be only one fire exit, with no fire escape plan, and the exit can only be opened with a key card; so the entire time of my stay I was worried that during a fire, what would happen if I forgot to bring the key card or the circuitry of the lock is destroyed by the fire.
