Crowded and poor service

The front desk was overcrowded, the staff provided poor customer service. The carpet in the room was very dusty and the cleanliness poor. The tablet or the app to open/close the electric curtains or AC didn't work and had to be controlled by the front desk. The curtain opened by itself at 4:00 AM. This is convenient for people attending events at the World Trade Centre only

Please make sure you will get good room as you expecting. We had a bad experience with AIR condition and they didn’t fix that for 3 days and not even changes the room. But, I didn’t have a time to change the hotel due to other priorities.

The blinds in my room would not close so it was very hot and bright. Made I very difficult to sleep because no climate control for the room. No shuttles that they advertise to the airport. They said they have taxis they partner with that cost 350 pesos when Uber is 139. I would not stay here again

We call for management to discuss the fact that our reservation reads that we will have transportation to the airport and they never respond the ac was not working properly some one have to come and reset, In the end we have to pay for our own transportation to the airport this place is well located but is getting old Management sucks

Modern Technology that doesn't work.

We stayed at this property previously. However, in recent time they have installed a system where you can monitor and operate such things as A/C, Lights, Curtains etc. either by an iPad by the bed or by downloading the hotel app on your phone. All would be great if it would operate correctly, specially the A/C. Sometimes your entries are admitted by the system and sometimes they are not. Additionally, the in-room heat is provided by an electrical resistance at the room unit which is supposed to heat the cold water being delivered by the main pipes. Those knowledgeable about A/C know that a four pipe system is the correct way to go. Sorry for getting technical but its the only way to explain why we froze the first two nights and sweated the last two nights. This was after they finally blocked the valve from moving.

The computer didn't work for the first 2 rooms, we had to change three rooms because of a bad sew order from the shower and 2nd room temperature malfunction the computer is didn;t work shower malfunctioned. Other than that it was ok.

The heater was stuck on. They tried to fix it twice but it could not be fixed. When they noticed the problem at check in they should have given me a different room right away. I had to switch rooms at 1am. Then housekeeping started nocking at my door at 9am even though check out was not until 12pm
