Nice apartment

It was a clean and nice property. Great walking neighborhood Only issue we had was with the showers. It was impossible to get the right temperature of water Either it was scalding hot or cold. I think they need to change the controls in the shower Also not sure if it’s normal or not but there were a lot of ants in one of the bathrooms that came and went These overall were minor issues but shower thing would have made the stay a lotBetter Again not sure if it is normalIn that area but we also had no air conditioning either so it would be hot during summers

Good value for money but needs some work

Overall for the price it was not a bad apartment. We were a group of four girlfriends so particularly liked that both bathrooms were accessible from the hallways so no one had to walk through a bedroom. Location was moderately close to everything but neighborhood was only okay. Fabulous panaderia one block away. The apartment is pretty worn out. Shower valves are old and leaking and place could have been a bit cleaner. But beds were clean and comfortable. We all agreed we would spend a bit more for a better location next time but if you are on a budget it’s a good value.

Great location, loud construction

Enjoyed my stay and the neighborhood is very central with lots of bars and restaurants around. The upstairs unit is being renovated and there was loud construction going on most days 8 am - 6 pm. They painted the last day and we were all getting headaches from the paint fumes.
