To use the washer and dryer service there is an extra charge depending on the amount of clothes to be washed and it is done by our cleaning staff.

**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.

We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.

Interaction with Guests:
You will have complete privacy during your stay, but we are available 7 days a week if needed. Just send us a message. Our online availability hours are from 9am to 10 pm.

Security Deposit
For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a security deposit hold. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released after checkout, provided there are no damages or breaches during the stay.
