Nice oasis in Mexico City. It’s in a safe area, with food and necessities right by. We had an issue with our toilet the first day and the fixed it right away. Very clean, excellent facilities. The pool rooftop is lovely although it gets quite busy as people not staying at the hotel can come to book for the day. Other than that no complaints and would book again!

Alia Inn Boutique was as advertised. Quiet, safe, and continently located in the beautiful Nopales neighborhood. There is security at the door and the location is only 15 minutes away from Coyoacan/San Angel, and Roma/Condesa neighborhoods. I only wish they had snacks/water available onsite.

The staff was excellent at setting up a surprise in the room for my honeymoon! All the staff was super friendly and accommodating, rooms were modern and clean. Hotel located in a quiet safe neighborhood with lots of great dining options close by, and a short cab ride into busier parts of the city. And to top it all of a dope pool and bar on the rooftop when you just need a relaxed night in. Great experience will be back!!

What a hidden gem! The pics don’t do it justice: the rooftop pool and bar were an absolute hit. The rooms were clean and cozy, the shower pressure was great. This hotel is in a great little area of the city with walking access to pharmacies, shops, restaurants, and even a Walmart if needed. Thrilled for the value of the price.

The hotel is nice, but there are a few things future guests should be aware of. The hotel is adults-only, which was not very clearly stated when we booked. I was traveling with my teenage daughter, and although they allowed us to stay, we were not allowed to use the common areas—ironically, the main reason we chose this hotel in the first place. When I raised this concern, the receptionist compared the policy to that of not allowing dogs in the common areas. I found that comparison both inaccurate and offensive—kids are not dogs. Another inconvenience was that access to the parking lot closes after 10 PM. We left the car there and asked for a taxi number. However, instead of giving us the number, the staff insisted they would call a taxi themselves, which wasn’t very practical and left us with little flexibility. The place itself is nice, but these issues made the experience less enjoyable than it could have been. I’d recommend clearer communication around the adults-only policy and more practical options for guests arriving after 10 PM.

This is such a cute space to stay. The food was delicious and the service and hospitality was exceptional. It was very clean. The only downside was the jacuzzi was not hot, more like lukewarm.

Hotel is clean, comfortable and well located Two not so positives; Parking accesible from 8am to 10pm only, after hours you have to park in the street, under surveillance but not in parking. Photos of the room in the site do not reflect accurately the space and furniture provided. I selected a room with a sofa and I ended in a room with two chairs. Staff indicated accountability with “marketing team”

We loved the quiet and residential neighborhood that this boutique is in. It is not hard to find an uber. The staff are helpful and welcoming. We would recommend and would stay there again!

I love the safe and quiet neighborhood. Our breakfast and beds were made to perfection every day. The highlight of our stay was that super strong and warm water pressure from the rain shower in our room…. It makes it so comfortable after a day outside of sightseeing. We look forward to our shower at the end of the day. Thank you for the awesome staff and beautiful boutique style hotel. We will be back!
