All on the ground floor: living room (single sofa bed, TV), equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with bunk beds (single bed 90x190 on top and double bed 140x190 on the bottom), 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190), bathroom (shower), separate toilet.
Outside: wooded park (unfenced land). Pond nearby (fishing possible with permit).
Wine for sale on site. 1 bottle offered on arrival. Heat pump heating included. Non-smoking accommodation. Animals: on request, to be discussed with the owner (unfenced space). It is on the edge of the Indre department, south of Loir-et-Cher that you will find this cottage in the charming village of Meusnes. Small but functional, it will be perfect for a small family. In the heart of the vineyards, the owners are winegrowers themselves and will be happy to show you around their cellar! It is the perfect place to relax, thanks to its large wooded park where you can relax in the shade, in a calm environment, and where your children can play and have fun. You can also fish on a small private pond. Very close to the Beauval Zoo, it will take you less than 20 minutes to get there and enjoy an unforgettable day. You can also stroll along the banks of the Cher, and visit the typical villages of the region.

Logement loué pour un séjour à Beauval. Se situe à une vingtaine de minutes Zoo. Au calme dans un domaine agri/viti. Accueil de la propriétaire parfait, à l’écoute des besoins. Je recommande vivement!!! Et j’y retournerai sans hésiter!
