Solid little apartment
PJ was a very kind and helpful host and made sure I had everything I needed every step of the way. The apartment is nice but the neighbourhood can be a bit noisy, being right by a hospital and major road (bring earplugs!). Would be happy to stay here again.

Zuerst haben wir die wichtigste Maschine benutzt und feuchte, muffig riechende HandtĂŒcher gewaschen. Bei der BettwĂ€sche war nicht sicher, ob sie frisch war, also auch gewaschen. (Trockner integriert) OberflĂ€chlich war alles geputzt, aber besser keinen Schrank öffnen, also auch das zu benutzende Geschirr gewaschen, desgleichen Dusche und Toilette. Warum wir Reinigung zahlen mussten verstehe ich nicht, sollte man uns eigentlich zurĂŒck zahlen. Insgesamt Kommunikation mit FEWO Katastrophe. Nie wieder!!!!

Lage ist super. Aber leider sehr dreckig.
Ich war mit meinen beiden Kindern im Alter von 14 und 16 Jahre fĂŒr 2 Ăbernachtungen in diesem Appartment um uns Metz anzuschauen. Check in geht unkompliziert ĂŒber einen SchlĂŒsselkasten fĂŒr den man die Pin bekommt. Leider muss man dann selbst herausfinden welches der ĂŒber 50 Appartments im GebĂ€ude das richtige ist. Wenn man nicht ganz auf den Kopf gefallen ist, ist das schnell machbar. Sollte aber eigentlich vorher kommuniziert werden. Leider war das Appartement sehr sehr dreckig. Vor allem das Bad und die Böden, BettwĂ€sche war kaputt. Die WĂ€nde dreckig. Wir haben uns so nicht wohl gefĂŒhlt. Ich habe das Geschirr erst mal gespĂŒlt. Nur leider hing dort auch ein schmutziges Geschirrhandtuch. Also bei Hema erst mal ein neues gekauft. Die Lage ist super. Bushaltestelle vor der HaustĂŒr. Aber man ist zu FuĂ auch in 20 Min. im Zentrum und sieht so noch etwas. Kontakt zum Vermieter nur per Mail. Er war freundlich. Das Appartement liegt an einer stark befahrenen StraĂe. Auch Nachts. Man kann die Fenster nachts nicht offen lassen, weil es einfach viel zu laut ist.

Schnuckelige Ferienwohung - perfekt um die Stadt Metz zu erkunden
Die Ferienwohnung lag fĂŒr uns (Mutter mit 2 Teenagern) in perfekter Lage und bot unserem Auto einen sicheren Stellplatz im rĂŒckwĂ€rtigen Hof - nicht von der StraĂe einsehbar. Man kann zu FuĂ die Altstadt von Metz erreichen oder sich ein Tagesticket an Fahrkartenautomat (die Sprache lĂ€sst sich ganz einfach auf deutsch umstellen) kaufen und dann den ganzen Tag lang kreuz und quer durch die Stadt fahren. Die Bushaltestelle ist schrĂ€g gegenĂŒber der Ferienwohnung und somit konnte unser Auto auf dem Parkplatz stehen bleiben.
Soviel zur Lage.
Die KĂŒche der Ferienwohnung war fĂŒr uns super ausgestattet. Wasserkocher, Induktionsherd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, KĂŒhlschrank mit Gefrierfach ..... alles wie in der Beschreibung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
Vom Esstisch aus kann man gemĂŒtlich dem Verkehr zusehen und gemeinsam die Mahlzeiten einnehmen (Geschirr und Kochuntensilien sind ausreichend vorhanden und sauber).
Das Bad ist ebenfalls sehr schön renoviert und modern.
Der Wohnraum bot uns zu dritt genĂŒgend Platz. Zu zweit haben wir im Doppelbett geschlafen und auf der ausziehbaren Couch könnte man auch gut zu zweit schlafen.
Ein kleiner Staubsauger steht in der Ecke neben dem Fernseher und so war es kein Problem die paar Staubflusen unter der Couch selber wegzusaugen.
Wir waren alles in allem sehr zufrieden und haben den Aufenthalt und die AusflĂŒge in Metz sehr genossen.

Location idĂ©ale pour 2 personnes. Les explications pour la location est bien prĂ©cisĂ© par lâhĂŽte le jour de lâarrivĂ©e . Pour le logement des draps repassĂ©s seraient plus agrĂ©able, mettre des voilages afin dâĂ©viter le vis Ă vis, et pour la propretĂ© jâai connu mieux âŠ
