Stayed here as part of a tour and this was the best of all the hotels we visited. Great staff, location and comfortable rooms. Only knock would be the poor wifi which they (over) charge $9.50 per day. Be warned.
Friendly, well-positioned for the beach and with spacious rooms with balcony and nice bathrooms, this place is a winner. I presume it's good value as we were on a package tour but stayed here. Breakfast was fantastic, the pool looks very clean and there are plenty of nearby restaurants (the hotel's looked pricey).
Large rooms with fantastic beds.Good breakfast buffet but better food for lunch and dinner available elsewhere. The internal decor in foyer area is frightening.Hilton should get with times and offer free wifi in rooms not just foyer.Hilton loyalty club members get free wifi in room but must have membership number to login
Stayed here for 2 nights and found the room was clean with a comfy bed and pillows and the bathroom was adequate too. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good - very good choice. Lovely large breakfast room and tables outside too - great views over the beach. The pool was sparkling and the outside area around looked fantastic. The downside was I needed to have 3 pairs of pants washed but they don't offer same day service like all other hotels I have encountered around the world. You put your laundry in by 9.30 a.m. and it is not returned until the evening of the following day!!! This was no good to me as we were leaving the following morning so the only option to get laundry back the same day was to pay 30% more. I was not happy with this but had no choice. Laundry was returned but not ironed!!! Another downside - I have never had laundry done in a hotel and returned not ironed. Unreal. I packed the 3 pairs of pants in the case and thought I would iron them at the next stayover. Well, did I receive a surprise, the hems on all the pants had been virtually all undone - how could this happen??? Never happened at home or in hotels before and I had no means of stitching up the hems so I could wear the pants. My only option was to use safety pins. Needless to say I was not impressed at all.
The hotel is cosy and nicely located on the beach. It's not far from Taormina and Etna for the visit. In addition the small village of Giardini Naxos offers many shops and restaurants that you can reach by foot. The hotel is hold still decorated but the breakfast is good including many choices; good for teenagers. The parking is expensive (12 Euro per day) and the wifi not very good.
In fact, located in suburban area called Recanati, but still 10 minutes walk from the central pedestrian area in Giardini Naxos. Advantage is that it is calm and peaceful, but with other restaurants nearby.
Staff were excellent. I think that's the only saving grace from a 1-star review. Where doI start? The property needs a serious renovation. Rooms and public areas screamed early 1970 Howard Johnson. They charge extra for towels at the pool! Parking is located on the property. It's pretty ghetto as it's on another lot about a block away manned by a non-uniformed individual. AVOID if you can. They clearly cater to the tour bus crowd. Hilton properties have gone downhill quickly!
My husband and I were in Naxos for this past long weekend, to attend a grandson's baptism. Being Hilton Honors members, we chose to stay at the Hilton. The first issue we ran into, which really isn't down to the hotel, was we were unable to drive our car directly up to the hotel. The road running in front was closed due to resurfacing work being done ahead of the G7 conference. We were told by police to park in a public pay-parking lot and had to walk all our cases to the property (about 250 meters). Upon arrival at the front door of the hotel we were met by a large sign on the door -- "It is strictly forbidden to consume foods or liquids in this property, not purchased in the hotel". So, before we've even walked in the door, we have been told what we can't do. Not a good start and this got my husband's back up right away. On entering the lobby we were met by a second sign, on a stand, stating the same rule. Check in: This went fine, in that the check in process was smooth. However, the staff member then launched into a speech. "If you want to use the pool in the Spa, you will be charged €20. If you want to use a sun chair on the beach you will be charged €?? You are not allowed to use room towels on beach, so to use a beach towel you will be charged €2". Wow, how to start on a negative foot -- tell your customers everything you're going to charge them extra for! I then enquired about the parking issue. "We don't really know anything, we will ask". "Yes, you have to keep putting money into the parking meter". Perhaps they could have offered guests a "pass card" to put on their dash board or similar? In the end, we were able to move our car later in the evening. Back to the signs! We moved from the check in desk to the elevator, where we found, you guessed it, another sign about food and drinks. By this point, my husband wants to leave the hotel without making it to the room. However, it is now about 6:30pm on a Friday night and finding alternative accommodation would have been difficult. So, come on Hilton, a simple note in each room about bringing in food and drink would be a far better way to advise your guests of your wishes, rather than "forbidding" them before they even enter the property. Due to this, we chose not to purchase a single thing at the hotel during our stay. Although our room was large, comfortable and nicely decorated, we found the hotel to be soul less. We had a choice of where to stay and clearly made the wrong one. These Hilton Honors guests won't be returning I'm afraid.
most helpful staff and great sea view (from rooms facing the sea). reception staff extremely helpful and caring. next time in this area, I'll make sure to stay at this hotel and will send my employees to stay at this hotel

Lots of places to discover both in Palermo direction or opposite to Syracuse or Noto . The food is good at the restaurant with the sea views , superb in the morning Has a spa , its private parking ( 12 Euro ) . Nice lobby with free Wi -Fi , rooms are nice and good size with small terrace but sea view can be partial so check . Good hotel at good price in good location really makes it a very good choice .
