Great place to relax and unwind after enjoying all that Mesquite has to offer. This 2 story condo (2nd & 3rd floor) has recently been renovated. It boasts vaulted ceilings, leather furniture, modern kitchen, full size washer & dryer, glass shower doors, etc. Spacious great room with lots of light. The association pool is steps away from the unit, and has a waterfall feature. Wood/coal grills are located throughout the complex for your use. Includes a dedicated covered parking spot.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
