"Not very welcoming upon arrival. Just took info and gave to card … no explanation of area, wifi, breakfast, fitness room, etc. Light switch kit is for room didn’t work. Bathroom sink backed up. Toilet paper holder broke. Holes in bath towels. TV remote didn’t work and when I used the TV buttons, there was one working channel. No channel guide. The MOST annoying, however, was the dumpster emptied right outside my room/window at 4:46am. I could not get back to sleep. Not a restful stay at all. When I left, nothing from person at front desk. Will not stay here again. "
