Nestled on the shores of the quiet Hodenpyl Dam Backwaters, this spacious home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and is thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and convenience.

The house includes 4 designated bedrooms plus a private office with a bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups. The spacious master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and a full en-suite bathroom, creating a private retreat within the home. Additional bedrooms offer queen and full beds, with ample space for everyone.

Great place on a quiet dead end street. We used it as a retreat from our golf during the day. That being said, a TV is needed in the upstairs. We had a couple of guys who have a hard time getting up and down stairs and the only TV in the house was in the basement.
