Le gîte est vieillissant.Manque d'entretien extérieur. Plein de toiles d'araignées tout autour de la maison.Nous n'avons pas pu manger derrière la maison sur la table de salon car plein de toiles d'araignée.Merci de changer le balai brosse wc qui est répugnant.Le portail s'ouvre et se ferme très mal.C'est dommage car l'environnement est très agréable.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce chalet entre Merville et Cabourg. Il est idéalement situé à 5 minutes à pied d'une entrée de la plage, pas trop fréquentée. Il est plus spacieux que l'impression que donne les photos, et les équipements correspondent à l'annonce. La literie est confortable, et la présence d'une machine à laver est bien. Des meubles d'extérieur (tables, chaises, chaises longues, barbecue...) permettent de vraiment pouvoir profiter du jardin.J'enlève une étoile pour la vétusté de certains équipements (portail très dur à manipuler, une des portes fenêtres du salon qui fermait mal, bouton de la chasse d'eau cassé, fil à linge extérieur inutilisable, manque de quelques équipements de cuisine comme une paire de ciseaux ou un grand couteau de cuisine); et pour la propreté un peu limite à notre arrivée (lave vaisselle plein de traces et vaisselle mal lavée, salle de bain pleine de calcaire dans douche et évier, poussière sur les plinthes et sous les meubles, jardin avec pas mal de ronces qui sortaient des haies). Ca nous a donné l'impression que les voyageurs précédents avaient fait le ménage à la va-vite et que ça n'avait pas été contrôlé/corrigé après. C'est d'autant plus agaçant que nous avons payé le supplément ménage en fin de séjour. Nous avons laissé un mot à l'agence avec les clefs en partant, ils ne nous ont jamais répondu. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de ce séjour dans ce chalet, nous le recommandons et y reviendrons avec plaisir!

Gut mit Einschränkungen

Die Lage ist wirklich gut und das Haus ist in einem akzeptablen Zustand. Die Ausstattung lässt kaum wünsche offen. Das beschriebene Durchgangszimmer ist aufgrund der Dachschrägen nur als Schlafgelegenheit zu sehen und nicht als vollwertiges Zimmer. Bad, Wohnzimmer, Küche und das Schlafzimmer sind in Ordnung. Leider ist das Haus insgesamt sehr muffig. Wir haben täglich das ganze Haus gelüftet. Dennoch blieb der muffige Geruch. Richtig gemerkt haben wir den Geruch nach unserer Heimkehr. Sämtlich Kleidung mussten wir waschen, da sich der unangenehme Geruch in allen Textilien festgesetzt hat. Das ist wirklich sehr ärgerlich. Die Waschmaschine fängt im Schleudergang wild an zu tanzen. Es wäre für künftige Mieter sehr wünschenswert, wenn der Eigentümer etwas gegen den muffigen Geruch unternehmen würde. Sehr gut ist die Lage des Objektes. Der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Um Einkäufe zu erledigen braucht man auf jeden Fall ein Auto.

Haus und Lage eignen sich gut für Urlauber

Lage des Hauses war gut . Da Meer war nur ca 500m entfernt und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Anlage um das Haus eignet sich gut um draußen zu Essen.
