Sybella is ideally located within a few minutes walk to Merimbula's town centre. No need for a car, just park at the property and walk to everything Merimbula has to offer - the cafes, shops, beach, clubs, cinema and restaurants. The truly perfect Location.
Enter the enormous home on the main level, walk through the large airy filled entrance into the open planned living with airconditioning, dining and kitchen area. This level boast a huge entertaining patio with spectacular views.
The modern kitchen has all the appliances and cookware you will need to cook up a storm for all your families and friends, including an induction cooktop, dishwasher butler's pantry and so much room to prepare your feasts.
Off the main living room, you will find the master suite, with a king sized bed, walk in robe, views, access to the outdoor patio and a beautiful ensuite with walk in shower and free standing bathtub.
Off the hallway entrance you will find 3 more bedrooms, to your left you will find the 4th bedroom with 2x single beds, the main bathroom and laundry with washer and dryer. To your right you will find bedrooms 2 & 3. Bedroom 2 has 2x single beds. Bedroom 3 has a queen sized bed and plenty of storage in the floor to ceiling wardrobes. Head down the internal stair case to find another perfect retreat. With a second living area and kitchen, that opens to the pool area. There is bedrooms 5 & 6 on this level, each with their own ensuite.
Soak up the sun whilst relaxing upon the huge entertaining patio or enjoy the view from your own private infinity swimming pool, and all just minutes from the white sandy beaches of Merimbula.

Perfect stay!
This house is an absolute treat! The view and the pool made our stay. Plenty of room, everything you could need and a stay that we won’t forget any time soon. Absolute winner!
