Rosies Seaview House is an amazing place to relax and enjoy the real coastal lifestyle.
Newly renovated, this 3 bedroom home has been furnished to perfection to give you the coastal feel. Located just a short drive to the Main street of Merimbula, and only a short stroll down to the Merimbula boardwalk. Enjoy the fantastic views over looking Merimbula lake and out to sea!
The large opened planned living and kitchen area is where you will want to be soaking up that Morning sun or take your coffee out, relax and enjoy the views and sunrise from the wrap around deck. The living area is home to a gas fireplace and air conditioning, for all year round comfort.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need plus more to cook up a great home cooked meal including a huge breakfast far!
The Main bedroom boast a king sized bed, private ensuite and a cosy sun filled parents retreat area with access out onto the deck! The second bedroom is home to a queen sized bed, with a beautiful courtyard and garden outlook. The third bedroom is the perfect kids bedroom, fitting 3x single beds and still allowing plenty of room to do activities. With free WIFI, washing machine and dryer, you can work or play right at home at Rosies Seaview!
With a large deck out the front and a courtyard out the back you will be spoilt for outdoor spaces to sit and enjoy the view or a few drinks with friends.

Easter / School Holiday Escape
We , my family of 4, and family friend , another family of 4 - 8 in total , had a wonderful 6 night stay at Rosies. The property was well presented with everything we needed to cook family meals for a mass of kids, great layout for a large group. Could commune together when we wanted to and retreat for privacy as well. Fantastic to have towels and linen provided , especially travelling from Melbourne. Kids had fun with the games provided, seeing we were trying to limit screen time during the holidays. Would totally recommend to family and friends and the view was amazing! We will be back......
