Comprising 3 Bedrooms (sleeps 6). Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and an en-suite. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 x single beds.
On point is located in a quiet, bushy, one way street. The house boasts a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dining space, front deck and back yard with impressive views. There are 2 x bathrooms, lounge room with a flat screen TV, and DVD player.
Just a stones through from Bar Beach and Short Point with panoramic views, will make The Point, the beach and Merimbula, a summer holiday to remember.
There is ample off street parking for a number of cars and boats.
Please note that linen and towels are provided and there are no additional booking fees.
