Great Location, and room for the boat

This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 2 garage home sleeping 6 is located within walking to distance to Merimbula town centre, Spencer Park and Clubs / Restaurants.

The property has front and rear decks that take in the view and the sun all day. The property has a large rear yard with drive through access for your boat.

Main Bedroom ( Upstairs) has ensuite and large walk in robe with access to the deck

Bed 2 and 3 are located downstairs with bathroom and separate toilet as well as its own lounge and kitchenette area.

Important Notice: YOU Need TO Bring Sheets Towels Pillow Cases AND TEA Towels OR IF Required Contact OUT Office FOR A Linen Hire Service AT Your Cost.

Booking Fee and associated third-party transaction fees are non – refundable.

Check in time is strictly 3pm and check out time is strictly 10am.
Keys will not be handed out before check in time unless prior arrangements have been made. 

Please note for Christmas/New Year bookings, first preference is given to the current guests. We will take new bookings from mid February.
