You are welcome to the unit 202A, a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo with splendid pool view, on the 2nd floor of the Tower A at Playa Chacá, 1 block or only 70 metres from the Gulf of Mexico.
This Residential Condominium consists of 3 towers that share a very large swimming-pool, an attractive Rooftop on the last floor of Tower A, and a large garden and patio with lush, Tropical trees and plants.
There is Free WiFi in the common areas of the Condominium.
There is Free parking outside the Condiminium, reserved only for the residents and the guests/tourists.
The Condominium has 24 hours security and video surveillance in the common areas and outside the complex.

The Unit 202A is located on the 2nd floor of the Tower A, the Condominium having no elevators.
It is a spacious and comfortable apartment, with a large kitchen, and lots of extra closets and cabinets.

The check in was fast as I had to do it myself no one was there except the guard . The condo was very clean and everything was good appliances were good, bed like new. Had a everything nice dishes...ect pots and pans cutlery. Great view of the pool. The pool was very dirty a few days and a few guest had to ask them to clean it. , they also should have a guard rail at the pooĺ it is dangerous to get in and out, saw a few people fall.

The fellows at gate were excellent and very helpful. The unit could use some lighting and switch repairsWifi very weak or not at all, need better directions to operate television and check out requirements. Safe was locked and no way to use it.
