This elegant 4-bedroom condo features two king beds and two doubles, a bright living area with panoramic ocean views, and a terrace perfect for unforgettable sunsets. Ideal for family or friends, it's a breezy, sunny retreat in Nueva Yucalpeten, west of Progreso.

This elegant and comfortable condo has 4 bedrooms, each one with its en-suite bathroom. The 4th bedroom is not used for sleeping, but rather for a work space.
High speed internet with Totalplay and smart TV sets in all the rooms. The Complex offers all amenities of a 5 stars beachfront resort, among which: kids only pools, infinity pool for mixt use, adults only rooftop pool with staffed bar, a large Restaurant with an accommodating bar, Gym, SPA with Steam sauna, Business Centre, Junior's Club with table tennis, arcade games and billiard, Kid´s Club with a theatre, Padel courts, Grill Areas, Valet Parking. We recommend our guests to stop by the Concierge's Office and ask about all the amenities, then book the ones they want to use for free.

​​​​​​​*IMPORTANT NOTE* The 2 towers Sotavento and Barlovento are 100% completed. However, there is a 3rd tower, part of the Complex, undergoing finishing construction works. It is supposed to be completed by July, 2026. Also, the Beach Club and the whole private beach are being remodelled at present, fixing the damages caused by the beach erosions, without affecting the use of hte beach amenities. There might be noise during working hours, and rarely during the weekends. We apologize for any inconvenience.
