It is also placed 10 minutes walk from the first Blue Flag Beach of Progreso, and the only Blue Flag Beach in Yucatán, and the famous Malecon.
This unit has Fiber Optic internet, with +200 Mbps both for download and upload, which is a rare finding on the Yucatan Coast!

***We are Pet friendly, but not for free, and there is a 30USD Pet Fee you must pay in cash to the security staff if you want to bring along your furry friend. Only 1 pet per unit allowed by the Condo Rules***
