Enjoyable stay. Booking Orbitz takes a while to enter system, causing some check in delays.

The hotel is nowhere near a 4 star hotel. Its cruddy, our AC had wires hanging, the shower looked like it belong to 80s high school locker room. The shower head hasn;t been clean and it was clogged, so almost impossible to rinse out shampoo out of your hair. There were 2 towels provided, no hand towels or floor towel/mat. There was no mini fridge in the room, not a coffee maker. The pool tiles haven't been cleaned and the bottom was very slimy. Overall wouldn't stay at this place ever again, even if someone was to pay me for it.

Check in is fast and easy! Did get value for my money. The furniture is getting well used and old.

Enjoyed the stay, with value for money. Facility maintenance upkeep is a challenge. Plan to stay again in the future.

Just a block from ADO bus station next to La Calle spanish school

Everything was going perfect until the vitamins from my son were thrown into a garbage can. We were sitting by the pool and my son was eating some snacks when suddenly he wanted to go to the bathroom. We went to the closest bathroom leaving everything on the table, when we came back the table was empty! The conteiners where my son had his snacks, his vitamiins, my water, everything was gone! I asked a lady who works in the kitchen and she said that as she saw nobody then she throw away everything and clean up the table. Those vitamins were giving to me by my son’s pediatrician in Miami 3 days ago. I notified the staff in reception about the situation and nothing was done! They should have replaced the vitamins for my son or compensate somehow for the whole situation.

The benefit here is its close to the ADO bus if coming by bus. If your coming another way there are so many hotels in the better area. When you walk back here at night there are about 3 blocks you see NOBODY. I think its still safe but its an extra walk. Also noise carries through the air vents, atrium and the halls are all tile with nothing to absorb sound so you hear kids and doors slamming. Shower head is overhead and most spray goes sideways. No desk or table with a plug and light where you can plug in and work. But the shower and desk/light/plug seems to be the norm in almost all cheaper Mexican hotels.

Nice ambient location with secured surrounds. Complimentary breakfast meager.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. If the Internet was stronger, I would have stayed another week. The Staff was great; very helpful and prompt service! I also enjoyed some English speaking TV although I prefer FOX News or VERY liberal, Trump hating CNN.

We visited many hotels, bed and breakfasts and motels during our two-week travels around the Yucatán peninsula and this was, by far, the worst experience. Although one sometimes expects this because most hotels go out of their way to make your stay comfortable, staff doesn’t need to be “nice” but this hotel’s staff didn’t even try to be pleasant. I often felt dismissed. Although the room was large, it was not well planned as it was uncomfortable – tiniest bathroom ever. At night, people were yelling (yes, actually yelling) and playing loud music in their rooms and the hallway nonstop. We asked people to tone it down and they didn’t listen, so when we called the staff to see if something could be done about it, they said they would but the yelling and big party in the hallway just didn’t stop throughout the night. Needless to say we didn’t sleep at all – horrendous when you have to wake up the next day to hike ruins. This was so bad, we ditched our reservation and booked another hotel in the area for the following night. In the morning, we tried to have the breakfast included with our reservation (which is also BS because they offer you fruit OR juice), and even though only four parties were at the restaurant, it took the staff close to 30-40 min to bring over some toast. We never got the juice. I honestly would never recommend this place.

Thank you for your comments, the room is a classic one, the luxury rooms do have a coffee maker, minibar, you could change rooms, if you externalize the inconveniences of the room, approval.
