This apartment is within walking distance to restaurants, shops, Church Landing, town docks, Mill Falls, boat rentals, Hermit woods winery. Bring your Kayaks or paddleboards to cruise along the canal and into beautiful Lake Waukewan! Enjoy the fire pit in the back yard or steps away on Lake Winnepesaukee at church Landing. Have a cocktail down the street at the town docks beach bar. Rent kayaks, boats or paddle boards on Winnepesauke!
The space
Newly renovated kitchen and bathroom, one bedroom with a queen bed. Futon in family room as well as a fold out chair/twin bed. Private entrance with direct access to the waterfront where you will find a brand new dock to launch your paddleboard‘s or kayaks. Kayak rack spots available and fire pit for roasting marshmallows and watching the boats go by.
Other things to note
Please bring your own linens, towels (including beach towels if heading to the beach) bath essentials and keurig pods. Both beds are full size, standard size pillows. Twin fitted sheet will not fit on fold out twin chair, Most people use a flat sheet.

Cute property walking distance to downtown Meredith
We liked the unit, clean & well maintained for an older home. There’s a hill you have to descend to get to the water but it’s easily accessible by well maintained stairs. The parking was not clear, as there was only one parking spot & we had 2 cars but there was a public lot very close by so not really a problem. We’d stay again!
