Vacasa was a serious disappointment
Our stay started with an over an hour delay in getting in because of the cleaning service. Unfortunately it got worse from there as there were squirrels running through the house and traps had been set in the main areas. Completely unacceptable to have animal traps in the living areas when you have small children in your group. And no resolution was provided. We spent the week cleaning up squirrel excrement and chewed up things, and trying to keep the children safe. And Vacasa seems to have outsourced its customer service because we struggled to try to get in touch with anyone local who could provide assistance.

Fun family vacation
Very relaxing stay with family, perfect location for grandkids to swim everyday and play, rustic house which fit our needs with small children. Well supplied with all the comforts of home and more. Plenty of lake floats along with the kayaks and canoe which where big hits with all. Will definitely plan another visit!!!
