In a quiet, private location in the northern part of Menorca you will find Villa Rica for a unique holiday for 6 people. On 120 m² living space on 2 floors it consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a comfortable living-dining area and a separate kitchen, with furnishings that leave nothing to be desired. The modern villa is also equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a satellite TV with DVD player, a radio with CD player, a baby crib, a children's bed and a highchair. Absolute relaxation is provided above all in the spacious outdoor area: On the top floor you have a balcony with chairs and a unique panoramic view of the surroundings and the sea. The furnished terrace with barbecue area offers relaxing moments and the pool with integrated children's pool provides refreshment on hot days - all you need for a nice holiday. Some restaurants, bars, shopping facilities and a children's playground are only a 5-10 minute walk or a short drive away. For a wider choice of restaurants and a beautiful sandy beach, it takes 6 minutes to reach the bay of Arenal d'en Castell.
