Description:
This modern villa is located in the residential area of Coves Noves, less than 1 km from the beautiful Playa d'Arenal d'en Castell and its crystal clear waters.
On the first floor is the main entrance that leads to a spacious and bright living room with large glass doors that give access to the large terrace with a spectacular wooden floor next to the incredible infinity pool. On this floor you will also find the fully equipped kitchen, the laundry room, a toilet and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom designed for the service.
On the upper floor you can enjoy the rest of the bedrooms and a magnificent terrace ideal for contemplating the sea and the sunset of dawn, at night you can observe the immensity of the sky and the stars in all their splendor in this magical place.
A large pine forest surrounds this wonderful villa and gives it a lot of privacy. Ideal for families who want to enjoy the silence and tranquility of the island.

Just 400 meters away there is a commercial area with shops, a supermarket, restaurants, car rental, motorbikes and bicycles.
Arenal d'en Castell and its beautiful white sand beach is only 1 km away, where in addition to the beautiful beach, you can enjoy its shops, restaurants, pharmacy and supermarkets; at the same distance is the beautiful port of Addaia where, if you wish, you can rent boats or kayaks.
Villa Paraíso is in the northeast of the island, a very short distance from the beaches and coves of that area, such as Fornells, Arenal d'en Castell, or Cala Pudent. Near the villa you can visit the Fornells Tower, the Cavallería Lighthouse or dine at the Isabella Beach Club watching the fantastic sunsets of the island. In 15 minutes you will reach Son Parc and its beautiful beach where there is also a golf course.In half an hour you will be in Cala Pregonda and all the beautiful beaches in the north of the island.
