Wonderful modern, spacious and comfortable villa
Modern and functional villa located in a residential area in Fornells 200 meters far from the fishing port and the town center.
The villa has a private pool and has four large bedrooms, three bathrooms and a toilet, large living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, a great terrace and a large patio.
It has air-conditioning in all the rooms.
NOTE:
Construction works on a house are underway on the adjacent plot. Such works may cause some noise or disturbance.
