Reception team and all the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Hotel and resort were very picturesque. The team take great care of the place and it was always very clean and well kept. It was not too busy so there were always plenty of sunbeds available! The local restaurants were great and reasonably priced for the quality of food and portion sizes. Hard to think of any suggestions for improvement- some people may prefer more modern decore and furniture in the apartments, it was quite 'old-school' but it was fine for us. Great value for money. Loads to do in Menorca. We had a brilliant holiday and were sad to leave!

The room is so basic and old fashioned. For the high price we paid for one night, feel extremely ripped off! Luckily we are here for only one night. The receptionist was very nice at check in. There is no evening restaurant on site and we had to walk a fair way to find an average restaurant for dinner. Don't like the area at all.

Accueil et lieux très agréable, mais notre logement n'etait vraiment pas adapté pour 5 personnes. Trop petit, les toilettes sont dans la seule salle de bain qu'il y a, la table exterieure est minuscule (pour 3 personnes maximum) et les logements auraient besoin d'étre refaits en terme d'isolation. Idem pour les huisseries à changer. On entent absolument tout ce qui se passe dehors comme si les gens etaient dans le logement. Ce qui est très dommage car le lieu est agreable; les piscines sont tres bien et on est pas les uns sur les autres. Proche de la plage. Son parc est bien situé egalement.

Parfait! Je recommande pour les familles avec enfants en bas âges, nous étions avec une petite de 4 ans qui a ADORÉ la piscine et un bébé de 2 mois qui était trop bien au frais dans l’appartement dans son petit lit bébé. Idéal pour combler tout le monde. La plage à côté est magnifique, tout comme beaucoup d’autres plages aux alentours que nous avons visité. Je préfère très largement ce type de complexe hôtelier familial plutôt que le gros complexe club voisin très/trop animé à mon goût. L’appartement est grand et très bien équipé.

Good choice for the north coast

Playa Parc is a lovely resort with two good sized pools. Our accommodation was nice with comfortable beds. Although there are only two of us, We had a two bedroom apartment which was good because there was a buzzing noise which seemed to be coming from the outside lighting. This was keeping me awake so I moved into the other bedroom which faced the road and there was no noise there so able to sleep well. The accommodation is certainly good value for money but lacks a few basic items like scissors, grater, potato peeler and grater. Plug sockets are in awkward places but we managed. I would definitely recommend this place and it is close to Son Saura beach which is beautiful with clear shallow water and a bar. We took the parasol provided by Playa Parc to the beach which was certainly a nice unexpected provision.

Overall the property was dated in need of an upgrade. The “Ocean View” was partial. Pools were very cold but this could be due to it being the shoulder season definitely not heated. Staff was friendly and helpful. We found the food to be very bland but this seemed to be across many locations visited not just the resort. I would not purchase the full board again if I was to stay here, breakfast was the only meal that was potentially worth it.

Tres agreable sejour

L'appartement etait tres propre. Literie de bonne qualité. Le mobilier etait assez ancien et le coin cuisine pourraitbetre amélioré. Les femmes de ménage passent tous les 2 jours pour changer les serviettes et tous les 4 jours pour faire le menage. Le sejour etait tres agreable et la plage au sable rose, accessible a pieds etait super. L'ensemble de la residence etaitctres bien entretenue.
