My friend and i stayed here for 3 nights and the staff couldn't have been more helpful or accomodating if they tried. They had amazing recommendations were able to schedule and arrange things for us and make sure we saw/did everything we wanted. The rooms are clean and nice and the breakfast (while not included for us) was everything you need for a modest price. It was in a great location. I would recommend it 100%.
Good location, attentive service, rooms are ok, breakfast was good, They can work on cleanness and maintenance a little bit more. I believe they could have an excellent place if they work in details and decor together with maintenance.
Great hotel in a central locaition. Very clean and comfortable. Check in was not good. I did not get my hotel room until almost 4 pm so I had to sit in the lobby and wait. After a long road trip this was disappointing. The Hotel did not seek to compensate me for this inconvenience in the least.
We stayed 5 nights to visit local wineries and the Andes "foothills". Reception desk was exceptionally helpful from check-in to organizing airport transfer when leaving. Room was clean and comfortable, sign of good housekeeping. Only drawback was the hotel bar seemed to be attended sporadically.
We stayed in NH Cordillera for three nights and enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was good, rooms were comfortable and the location was ideal. The staff was very friendly, especially since we spoke very basic Spanish. The only issue we had was with the air unit. One evening we briefly shut it off to keep the room from getting too cold and when we turned the unit on again, it only blew the heat. Since we were in Mendoza at the end of summer, we had to sleep with the windows open. The issue seemed to have resolved itself as the cool air unit resumed working again.
Our group stayed there for 3 nights. The rooms where big , nice and clean. The staff was polite and helpful. . Hotel is nice located. Breakfast was very nice. Did not try to have dinner there. I recomend this hotel.
We stayed here for 6 night while on a while tasting tour of Mendoza. It probably helped that we had a huge suite room 415, judging from the room layout I believe this is the biggest room class. It was a corner room and the balcony was gigantic and wrapped around the corner as well. The room revealed a little wear and the building felt old, but who cares everything can't be brand new! We enjoyed our stay here because the bed was comfortable, the pool provided a need refreshment from the heat of the summer and It was centrally located. I would stay here again for sure.
I usually stay in NH hotels in Argentina. So after fishing in Patagonia and traveling to Mendoza for wine tasting I booked the NH. The staff has been attentive and helpful. The room is clean but a bit outdated. The location is in the center of Mendoza so a lot is within walking.
I stayed here for two nights as part of a longer trip in the Mendoza and San Juan area. I chose it online as it is central with parking and a pool. I've stayed at NH hotels on trips to Argentina before so felt confident at time of booking. However I had just recently been in Buenos Aires staying at an NH property and vowed I would not go back there. So was a little concerned. On arrival I got an excellent welcome by a female receptionist who opened the car park door for me, got me checked in and was really welcoming. Off to a great start. Note the. At park entrance does not have a sign. It's the closed dark gate next to the reception entrance. Room was OK. It felt dark and dull though. Bland and functional. Room overlooked the tiny car park - room for about 8 to 10 cars maximum and the small outdoor pool located above the admin office and hemmed in by high rise buildings. The pool was a huge disappointment to me. I wanted late pm dips and a lie in the sun. But a combination of children and sun blocked out by buildings ruined that. Comfy bed and decent bedding. Mini bar. Free wifi and in room safe. TV with a huge range of channels although none in English, not even CNN or BBC news. No tea or coffee facilities. Room service menu available. Air con worked. Bathroom clean if a little tired but a ridiculous shower panel on the bath which made getting in and out of the shower difficult. Hairdryer ok, But no plugs for the sink, bath or bidet. Within minutes of arriving a chamber maid tried to let herself in without knocking. This happened two more times during my stay. At least knock first. I kept hearing a bell ringing which turned out to be the car park entrance bell I think. This happened day and night and woke me a couple of times. And it was clear that the room walls were thin as I could hear a baby crying in the next room and even the turning on and off of light switches in the other room. At breakfast there is a buffet. It's fairly decent but I had to ask staff to replenish coffee on day one and other items. They were too busy talking to each other and ignoring guests. Day two breakfast service was better but had to ask for cold milk for cereals as it was not present. However this hotel loses points because of service and attitude of staff (customers met and in customer facing) I was asked to move my car on the second night as it wasn't in a 'space'. I had parked it there the night before and not moved it. The only space there was without me blocking others. I moved it and not even a thank you. And they saw me do it straight away! The next morning I was blocked in. And I noticed that at least one of the cars taking up valuable space was a male who was working in the admin offices. When I came to leave he had moved his vehicle into a now empty space. But I was now blocked by delivery vehicles. It turns out all goods come in here as well as parking. It took 15 minutes to be able to exit. And I was charged a different amount to that on the website for the parking. On check out service was functional but no 'how was your stay' or 'thanks for staying with us'. Gruff and unfriendly by both male staff. However the piece de resistance is another male member of staff working in the admin office who stepped over my bags as I was loading my car rather than wait or go around them/me. Didn't even speak, a good morning would have helped or can I help you. He did it again on his way back. So rude. Just remember who pays your wages!!! The guests. And I was one of them who you annoyed. On a plus note the hotel is really well located for the city centre. Easy walking distance of all you need in the city.
Our room was large and fairly comfortable. But there was a strong stench from the bathroom floor drain. Also no basin plug. The security safe in the room was very good in size & type. The hotel is on the corner of two busy roads & the road noise intruded into the room. We were very tired on arrival after travelling all day by bus from Santiago, & wanted to eat in the hotel. However the dining room had been pre-booked by a group & no alternative was offered by the hotel, despite our requests. The hotel is very well situated close to the main city square, with its interesting market and shops, We had an extremely early departure for BA, and the box-breakfast provided was excellent
