Room and bathroom were very clean. The only uncomfortable thing was that the shower is open and water spills out of the shower even if one is careful. They have covered parking under the building, although access is narrow and you’ll need a small or medium car… medium SUV maximum. The hotel is basic in the sense that there are no common services like restaurants, gym or pool (I didn’t see any of those things). Front desk is ery small and is attended by one person at a time. When I needed to checkout, there was nobody available there to turn in the keys of the room. I had to leave them with a cleaning lady, which wasn’t optimal, to say the least. Elevators sometimes take a long time to get where you need them, and only one of the two takes you to the parking levels. Last, the key system is old and unsafe; the first morning I wanted to get out, the key got stuck somehow and didn’t allow me to get out until I patiently figured it out… but took me 3 or 4 minutes to open the door. Had that happened during a fire, I would have gone back to ashes faster than I should.

The apartment was okay, nothing great, but nothing terrible. My one complaint was that the room was extremely loud and you could hear noises coming from all other apartments around you. If someone dropped something on the floor in the next apartment over, it sounded like it was in your room. Other than that, it was a fine stay. There is a little cafe (Olivia cafe) down the street that has breakfast, but that is kind of the only food option in the immediate area. It was about a 25 minute walk to Calle Aristides Villanueva.

Had an overall great stay! Very clean and nice room. The doorman, Eduardo, was the nicest and very accommodating. They allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout. Good for walking. Only downside is that the walls aren’t the thickest, so we did wake up from neighbors a couple of times. Would happily stay again!

The apartment didn’t look quite like the pictures. It was not a large studio, but a broken up studio. The Wi-Fi often didn’t work properly. I tried to get a parking spot but every time I came home at night someone had taken my spot so I was always moving around. But the beds are comfy. The place is very clean and it’s a nice place to rest.
