Villa Navalia Penthouse is a beautifully appointed modern apartment located directly on the lake and overlooks the marina.
The Penthouse Apartment is located on the top floor of the Villa Navalia and sleeps up to 6. It is a comfortable, modern and relaxing retreat. Entering the apartment you are welcomed by the open space living area with white wood ceilings and floor to ceiling windows capturing the light and lake views.
The sitting area is comfortable and hosts all of the guests comfortably, includes Sat TV, DVD, CD player and internet access and features a small fireplace for the cooler evenings.
The dining area that sits up to 6 is a part of the open space living area with direct access to the kitchen
The kitchen, modern and fully equipped also has a breakfast bar and aperitif island for social occasions. For those of you who wish to eat at home but do not want to cook the Villa Navalia offers a menu choice with a delivery service.
The living space has a terrace that directly overlooks the lake to the front, spacious enough to have some outside space and smaller openings to the sides of the buildings where you can find a private spot to relax.
The bedrooms are spacious, all with white wood beamed ceilings as in the living area and a small private balcony. All three bedrooms have an ensuite with bathtub or shower and a private safe in each room too. 2 bedrooms are double and one offers a twin beds.
Villa Navalia offers you the luxury of reserved private parking with for 2 cars that are just outside your front door.
Up to five bicycles are available with the villa, free of charge.

Lovely Villa!
This is a great property in a very good location. Walkable to many restaurants and the lake. The property itself is very spacious and comfortable. Laura was very reachable and an outstanding point of information. If you stay please use some of the excursions they can set up for you. Definitely recommend this as a great place while in Lake Como!

Moms & daughter getaway!
The Villa was perfect for our Lake Como stay! Laura was extremely helpful before & during our stay with lots of suggestions for restaurants & tours. The walk to the Menaggio square & ferry was about 20 min., so we got our exercise for sure! Short walk in the other direction for a swim in the lake! A trip to remember. 🇮🇹❤️

Close to Perfection
Property was very comfortable for three couples. Only drawback was no access to hot tub which we thought was included. Laura and sister responsive to our needs. Suggest planning ahead for tours. Vehicle necessary to get to stores, events. Ferries wonderful. A great location for day trips.

Amazing!
This spacious penthouse is simply perfect! We stayed here for ten days and loved it! It is very clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. Travelling with an infant, we ended up having dinner at the penthouse every night and did not regret it! The views, whether it be morning, noon or night, are stunning. No pictures could give them justice. A grocery store is a ten minute walk and there are many little shops which offer italian specialties! A fifteen minute walk takes you to the ferry station where you could go visit Bellagio and other places. We would go back to Laura's penthouse in a heartbeat! No hesitation to recommend!

Fantastic property and location
Villa Navalia more than met our expectations! It is so comfortable and well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the lake change with the weather, We were able to get to town, the ferry, etc. quite easily, but had a hard time deciding whether to go out and explore or just enjoy the beautiful scenery from the terrace.. Our only suggestion for improvement is more lighting in the living room seating area. Unfortunately, we didn't have the pleasure of meeting Laura who was out of town, but she'd taken care of everything for us and arranged for Alberto to greet us upon arrival. I can't wait to return.

spectacular villa
Pluses: Spectacular views from Inside and out, beautiful interior design, plenty of parking, very spacious, great location (walking or biking with the the Villa courteousy bikes to Menaggio center was really pleasant). Laura was helpfull any time of day and the booklet they have prepared for guess at the villa was very informative for things to do and where to go.
Minuses : Bad internet & matteresses in all rooms were to firm...at least for us.

Great location
The villa has a great position on the lake, and it looks just like the pictures. It is beautiful! It was our first time in Lake Como, and we had a great time! Menaggio is very close. Our kids loved the beach club in Menaggio. Laura took good care of us. We definitely want to go back!
