Property does not disclose there are over 175 stairs- to get up to the property. There are multiple levels and flights you need to physically walk up with luggage alone etc. The property WILL NOT HELP YOU AND IS TUDE ABOUT IT. We finally convinced someone to bring up some of our luggage and then they refused to help us on the way down. Horrible horrible experience as I have spinal disease and spinal fusion surgery. I would not have booked this property if I would have known about all the stairs and lack of help. There are also no lights at night so walking up all those staircases alone is scary. You also must “lock yourself” into the property at night and “unlock yourself to leave”. The property did have nice views once you get yourself up all the stairs and flights of stairs.
