Good sized apartment with a great view

I recently stayed here with my husband for a few days. It's a good size and very quiet with everything you need for a comfortable stay and great view of the lake. We found the only drawback was the distance from Menaggio, it took half an hour to get to the centre of the town on foot and it was a nuisance having to drive there and park if we didn't want to walk. This is a small quibble though, it's a good base to explore the area and I recommend it.

Superbe location, au calme, en bordure du lac de Côme

Vue magnifique sur le lac de Côme. Logement spacieux avec tout le nécessaire. Environnement calme dans un village typique. Propriétaire très sympathique qui est venu nous chercher au ferry et nous raccompagner à la station de bus. Le supermarché est à environ 1km de distance en longeant le lac. Plage de galets juste en contrebas. Au mois d'août l'eau était à 26°C, idéale pour se baigner. Très belles balades à faire autour : Menaggio, Breglia sur la hauteur, villa Carlotta à Tremezzo, Bellagio...

Ruhige Lage, unfassbare Sicht auf den Comer See

Die Lage in dem kleinen Ort Nobiallo etwas oberhalb am Hang hat folgende Vorteile: - Unfassbare Aussicht aus den Lago di Como - sehr ruhig - wenn man unterhalb der Felsen (Polizeistation oder in der Parkbucht) parkt ein separater Eingang Die Wohnungseinrichtung ist zwar teilweise etwas älter, aber für uns als 4-köpfige Familie war alles da was wir gebraucht haben. Zudem war es sehr sauber geputzt. Der Vermieter spricht sehr gutes Englisch und war zudem sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Schöne Wohnung mit super Aussicht

Wir sind eine Familie mit 3 Kinder und waren 3 Nächte dort und uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Sie liegt in einem ruhigen Dorf neben Menaggio. Das Dorf selbst hat nicht viel zu bieten als eine kleine Kneipe, einen Schiffshafen mit Spielplatz und einen krummen Kirchturm. Doch wer mit dem Auto hier ist, der geniesst die Ruhe und die Nähe zu Menaggio, wo es alles gibt, was man braucht. Der Parkplatz ist unten neben der Polizeistation (praktisch, da muss man keine Angst um sein Auto haben :-) ) und ist ca. 80m von der Wohnung entfernt. Der Zugang zur Wohnung ist von oben über eine Treppe runter, dann wieder eine Treppe durch einen engen Korridor zur Wohnung hoch. Die Wohnung hat im Eingang einen Esstisch, einen Wohnraum mit zwei Sofas und Kamin (war praktisch, da wir zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr dort waren) und einen kleinen Balkon (sehr klein) mit einer traumhaften Aussicht auf See und Berge. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet aber ohne Geschirrspüler und wir haben gleich in der Küche am Tisch gegessen. Zudem gibt es ein grosszügiges Elternschlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, daneben ein Kinderzimmer mit einem Etagenbett und zwei Einzelbetten und einem kleinen Fenster. Das Bad mit Dusche hat auch noch eine Waschmaschine, die wir aber nicht gebraucht hatten. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat unsere Buchungsanfrage innerhalb wenigen Stunden bestätigt. Das war super, da wir gleich am darauffolgendem Tag anreisten! Somit kann ich die Wohnung sehr gut weiterempfehlen, wir würden auch gerne wieder kommen.

L'appartamento è molto bello in in borgo tranquillo ma non lontano dal paese di Menaggio . Molto gentile il proprietario che può dare tutti i suggerimenti e consigli per un bel soggiorno. Sicuramente da consigliare sullo splendido lago di Como.
