It was not what it looks like! First off I called before I came and told them I would be a little late coming in. They guaranteed me that it was fine that my reservations would still be available when I made it. When I get there it's nowhere to park it's a night club over filled with loud people not to mention they didn't have my room available! They only had one room in which was supposed to be the BEST boy was that a lie! I would NEVER come back to such ghetto place!

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever been in. We saw a drug deal in the parking lot. The hotel smelled and people were screaming in the halls. The fire exit was bad locked so no one could get in or out. We only stayed long enough to find another hotel. Nasty place.

Inside was bad. One elevator worked. Only one ice machine. Debris everywhere. It was a bad experience. Staff was nice and accommodating. The add didn't match hotel. Very disappointed.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!!! IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE WEBSITE.

It's not a hotel for prominent bussines people like myself, to stay at, unless you like a lot of teenagers, kids, prostitution, or (woman of the night); or Roaches, it's more like low income housing complex. But it did have a microwave and refrigerator, just as advertised "Praise God" the complex/hotel needs to be remodel on the inside with modern furniture, cleaner carpet in the hallways, ceilings on the fourth floor needs fixing, that just says the place needs some roofing work. HVAC needs worked on or New system, air conditioning does not work in the hallways, but in my room it worked fine. that just says the place needs some roofing work. "God Bless the Workers"

room was aweful!! not in a good area. found a crack pipe by my vehicle in the morning. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!

Went to Memphis in may, although I never had my room cleaned they brought towels and were always helpful.

How can I start? Well first off it was in the middle of the hood! There were people walking everywhere looking like bums. When we walked in this hotel was so run down they had people staying there by the week with all there little children!! Room was undiscriblable. No soap, shampoo, lotion. The hot breakfast did not have anything hot, not even milk.Pink lemonaid and water. The bed and pillows are so hard! The spring were stabbing you in the back!! Besides not being able to sleep because of the beds we also had to deal with the doors being slamed, guest talking so load and kids running up and down the halls at all hours of the night!!1 Along with the car alarms going off and the police being there !

Very, very basic. For me and guys who were in memphis to party, it served it's perpose. Internet was free, no refigerators in the rooms. Not a big deal for someone who came to party and not sleep. Other than that it was good place to rest without having to spend alot.

Went there for the Liberty Bowl and stayed at that hotel. I wouldn't want to stay there for anything over a few days tops. We only used the room for a warm place to sleep. The staff was pretty nice though.

Just so you get an idea, the maides used a Wall-Mart shopping cart to carry their cleaning supplies! The parking lot is divided with a chainlink fence with razor wire around the top and some of the rooms had weird writing on them (like egyption) just realy strange. OH, also the lady had me sign a receipt for half the price I actually paid [...]!!!!!!!!

Room was cheap, good for one night, their computer system needs updating, they did not have my reservation, they gave me a room anyway at no charge till we talked to the manager the next day. Very inconvenient, had to delay part of my agenda till it was fixed so I wouldn't be charged twice for the same night.
