The Main House:

Two full bathrooms offer plenty of space for everyone to get ready, with fresh towels provided. The heart of the home is the large, fully equipped/stocked kitchen. Whether you're prepping a quick breakfast or cooking a family dinner, you’ll find all the essentials—stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes, and ample counter space. Relax on the comfy couches in the living room, stream your favorite shows, or catch up on work at the designated workspace — ideal for remote workers. The Back House:
Tucked behind the main home, the brand-new guest house offers a stylish living space, perfect for additional guests or in-laws. Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole front house and back house and driveway parking.

- Liberty Park/Stadium and the newly built Memphis Sports and Events Center

Getting Around:
Unless walking in the neighborhood, then driving and Uber/Lyft are the only option. Public bus system is very poor.

Other Things to Note:
Fedex is headquartered just 5 miles down the road and planes can be heard going over head every few minutes at specific 20-30 minute periods at specific times during the day or night. It is common almost anywhere in Memphis to hear and see the parade of planes coming through. Please try to enjoy the Memphis Charm :)
