This apartment was nice, but the mattress was awful, extremely uncomfortable. One side is higher than the other, so when I turned I would roll to the middle, where it felt like a sink hole. Also, housekeeping didn’t finish making the bed before I arrived. They forgot to put the shams on the 2 front pillows. Those 2 pillows were flat and dingy with dark spots on them. The gated garage parking, the secure elevators, and the other amenities in this quiet uptown neighborhood were very nice. But the back pain I suffered from sleeping on that mattress, overshadowed all the other good qualities of that property, and put a damper on my overall experience. If the owner would replace the mattress, they could get 5 stars.
