Fantastic hotel

My wife and I went to Memphis for our weekend and we wanted to stay close to the entertainment district. The hotel is 2 blocks away. Our check-in went smoothly as well as the car valet process. Our room was fantastic. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent friendly staff. Kudos to all the employees who made our overnight stay an enjoyable one. We'll definitely be back.

The housekeeping and valet services was terrible. We stayed 2.5 days and I couldn't get the housekeeper to give me clean towels and remove our trash from the room. When she was asked she just didn't responded and left from the floor we were staying on.

Convenient access to Beale St. Excellent view of the river and bridge. Loved the industrial styled room decor. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The property was beautiful and fun. The staff acted like the guest were a bother and didn't try to be helpful or follow through on request. I showed up after the 4pm check in time and was told the room was not ready due to housekeeping. I was never told when it would be ready and no one came to get me when it was ready. I had to keep checking in with the front desk. Finally we were able to get into the room but the overall customer service was very lacking!

Property was nice and the room s were good. Rooms are small and tight. Checking in was slow, valet parking had cars parked out on Street. Vehicles were causing confusion to pedestrians and other people checking in. People were confused whether to leave their cars out on the street and go check in or stay with their vehicles.. Nice. Easy walk to Beale Street. Hotel was clean in the lobby and dining area. Had a nice area to relax, play pool and ping pong etc.

The vibe is super cool and location is great. Unless you pay for pricey valet the parking garage is across the street. My biggest turnoff was the cleanliness. I actually took a wet towel and wiped down the bathroom door and handle because they were covered with something white. The entire room needed a deep clean as the dust was thick.

Everything is under new management

If I could rate 0 I would but The hotel looks different in the inside. And we have used them twice now. Never again! It’s a whole lot of walking TOO much walking for the price. The rooms are going down. The specific room I stayed in was dirty, looked nasty. I was glad it was for one night. The valet seem like they were playing with my vehicle. They don’t make it clear on anything. They charge for parking every night. Look do better for the price. I’ll be staying elsewhere whenever I come back into town!
