I can see why most guests leave an excellent review for this hotel: it’s all about the free drinks included in the buffet price or the free buffet included in the room rate.
The quality of the food corresponded to the price. Scrambled eggs with no taste whatsoever (probably from a Tetra Pak), bacon not crispy at all, no fresh fruit juices …
Cleanliness could have been better, the maid didn’t even remove the used dishes we put on the balcony. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned thoroughly, either.
The huge air condition units are placed in the inner court of the hotel, so that you can hear a constant roar day and night, even with the window closed. You don’t want to sit on the balcony with that noise.
Each balcony is illuminated with a bright light that can’t be switched off, so no one ever uses the balcony at night.
We were issued a voucher for a hydro massage in the spa area, however, it could only be redeemed between 11.00 and 16.30h, when you’re out and about.
The parking garage is well hidden in a different building, with no sign pointing to it. It’s very narrow and you have to give your car keys to the staff, so that they park the car for you.
