Just a basic bed and breakfast not a hotel

We stay just for a night but the room didn’t have towels, amenities or refrigerator. The hotel don’t have bar or room service. The condition of the room was like as if they were renovating so is questionable the missing moldings, floor and ceiling condition. I ended paying the same rate that other hotels with basic hotel conditions (refrigerator, towels, shampoo....etc) were offering, unfortunately it was late, we have a baby and the need for the room didn’t let us refuse it. All employees were polite and willing to help but the facilities condition not good.

Fun spot to relax

We stayed at La Cascada Cristalina for a night and very much enjoyed it. Stopped in Melgar on a trip from Bogota to Pereira and wanted to go to Piscilago, a large water park nearby. The hotel is situated right on a river bend and the view from the pool and dining area is spectacular. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was tasty and the rooms had good air conditioning which is important in this part of Colombia. Nice place for the family but they also have fun music and poolside bar service. Wish we could have stayed another night!

Se puede mejorar !

Hemos pasado un fin de semana parcialmente agradable, para empezar la bienvenida no fue muy agradable, la chica de la recepción no tiene absolutamente nada de carisma para atender a los huéspedes, solicite un cuarto diferente al que ella se le dio la conveniencia de darme, no lo hizo. Nos acomodamos con mi pareja ya que no había de otra pues ya habíamos pagado y según la chica no se hacían devoluciones de dinero. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, el desagüe de la ducha se taponada con facilidad, faltaba vidrio separador entre la ducha y el resto del baño por lo cual el cuarto terminaba mojado siempre que querías ducharte. En el transcurso de la tarde estando en la piscina ordenamos algo de comida, "por cierto recomiendo salir del sitio para comer". Al terminar la comida los platos quedaron obre la mesa donde estábamos ubicados, por falla de la mesa esta se vino abajo debido a que le faltaba uno de sus soportes, por obvias razones un plato se rompió, pues nos lo cobraron por un valor de 15.000 al momento de entregar la habitación y que claro el incidente había ocurrido por falta de verificación en el estado de los elementos, hicimos la aclaración con la chica de recepción y esta insistió en cobrar con la peor de las actitudes. Uno de los empleados dijo que no era la primera vez que pasaba, me parece muy incomodo y para nada agradable lo acontecido, no es el dinero es el detalle por parte del establecimiento. Muy poco recomendado para el valor que te cobran

Pésima experiencia

Al ser un hotel pet friendly el aseo debe ser extricto, telarañas debajo de las camas, hongos en los baños, bichos en las habitaciones, los vidrios de las mesas de comedor en pésimo estado de aseo, quien decía ser el chef con la uñas sucias, quien atiende el comedor lo hace sin uniforme y en chanclas, el personal de aseo se la pasa chateando y no en sus labores para mantener el sitio como se debe y para completar el agua se va increíble!!!!!!!! validen que hoteles afilian a su pagina porque esto también les afecta a ustedes.

Sencillo pero bien.

El hotel es sencillo pero está bien, nos gusto que tenían 2 habitaciones, no ayudaron en lo solicitado buena actitud de las personas que atienden, súper la piscina. Lo único que no nos gusto es que el piso estaba sucio y las paredes machadas, se necesita una pintada.
