It features 15 rooms of different types, ranging from simpler options for one person to spacious family rooms and special rooms with a jacuzzi, ideal for moments of relaxation and special occasions. All rooms are equipped with a desk, minibar, air conditioning, and a private bathroom, ensuring a comfortable and functional stay.

It also offers a pleasant common dining area. This space includes a fully equipped kitchenette with a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, mini fridge with freezer, toaster, microwave, electric cooktop, kettle, and dishwasher, as well as tables and chairs where guests can enjoy meals prepared by themselves or brought from outside.

The accommodation operates on a room‑rental basis, with an autonomous check‑in system using a door code that you will receive on the day of arrival through the reservation link.
