The
vacation cottage is surrounded by a large garden, partly paved and
partly lush with greenery. The garden for your exclusive use allows you
to park a car inside the property.
Villa Sentinella is spread over
two levels. The outdoor areas are equipped with sofas for relaxation,
tables and chairs ideal for outdoor dining both on the ground floor and
in the basement area.
The ground-floor entrance is into the living room,
furnished with sofa and TV, well-equipped kitchenette, outdoor access
to the balcony with washing machine and washstand. An air-conditioned
corridor leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 2 bedrooms, including 1 double and 1 twin, and to the shower room.
Also in the area outside the basement there are washroom and outdoor shower.
The interior of the basement floor consists of a single room divided by a curtain. At the entrance there is 1 sofa bed, while beyond the curtain is the sleeping area with 1 double bed, TV and en suite bathroom. There is no air conditioning on this floor.

Villa Sentinella is located in Torre dell`Orso, within a quiet residence not far from the center. The area is residential and a few minutes` walk from the sea.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1  - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare )
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Entrance door doesn't have mosquito net.
- Air conditioning is only in the corridor on the ground floor.
