Located in San Foca (LE) Salento, city awarded with European Blue Flag and 5 Sails Legambiente for the services offered and the clarity of the sea, the property "Il Marinaio" is located just 80 meters from the sandy beach "Li Marangi" and consists of three apartments, two on the ground floor and one on the first floor for 5, 7 and 8 persons.

The apartment on the first floor consists of entrance hall, living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and 2 outdoor covered verandas for breakfast, lunch and dinner. On the upper floor there is a roof sun terrace with sea view equipped with table, chairs, outdoor loungers, stone barbecue and heated outdoor shower.

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem unserem Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung. Sie ist sehr sauber, groß, schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Auch die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am Strand und in der Nähe von Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Tony war ein super Gastgeber. Er hat uns Tipps gegeben und sogar bei Reservierungen von Restaurants geholfen, die nur Italienisch sprachen. Vielen Dank:)!

Appartamento molto illuminato,spazioso,arieggiato, cucina ben fornita, con ampi balconi dove pranzare e una grande terrazza vista mare dove prendere il sole e fare una grigliata sul barbecue. Posizione ottima,vicina al centro e al mare. Tony persona squisita, disponibile ma non invadente, molto attento alle esigenze degli ospiti e pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta. Ogni parola è riduttiva per descrivere la raffinata accoglienza di Tony. Per quanto riguarda la casa possiamo dire che è praticamente perfetta: spaziosa, fornita di tutto e curata in ogni dettaglio, per non parlare della posizione che è vicinissima al mare e al centro del paese ma comunque in una via poco trafficata, a garanzia della tranquillità. Sehr praktische Wohnung mit toller Lage nicht weit vom Meer. Perfekte Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer

Wir haben unsere Ferien in dieser Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung hat alles gehabt, was man für gemütliche Ferien braucht. Die Lage ist besonders praktisch, wenn man kleine Kinder hat und braucht naheliegender Strand. In der Nähe gibt es ebenso Auswahl von wunderschönen wilden Stränden. Der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer Tony war immer super. Er ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt tolle Empfehlungen für alle mögliche Auskünfte. Immer wieder sehr gern bei ihm! Ein kleines Minus, Parkplätze sind nicht sehr gross / breit und Urlauber oder Einheimische passen nicht so viel beim Parken auf.

Abbiamo soggiornato a San Foca, (località di mare bellissima),nella seconda metà di agosto, nell’appartamento del Sig. Tony. L’appartamento ha rispettato le aspettative delle foto pubblicate. Ampi spazi, luminoso e accogliente. Ottima pulizia. Una bella veranda dove gustare i pasti comodamente e un terrazzo ad uso esclusivo dove fare delle grigliate col barbecue in pietra avendo in regalo la vista del mare. Il Sig. Tony è una persona veramente professionale, gentile e premurosa nei riguardi dei suoi ospiti. Consiglio caldamente questo appartamento come soggiorno nel meraviglioso Salento

Casa perfetta, come da descrizione, proprietario ospitale, gentile e disponibile.

Siamo una famiglia numerosa (2 genitori e 6 figli) ed in genere troviamo difficoltà a trovare una casa vacanze adatta a noi. Invece l'appartamento è davvero spazioso, con un balcone terrazzino, ben protetto da un'ampia tenda da sole, che ci ha permesso di mangiare all'aperto in tutta tranquillità. due piccoli terrazzini sono adibiti a tinello con lavatrice e a disimpegno per asciugare i panni o semplicemente per riposare all'aperto (nascosti da eventuali occhi indiscreti). Ci è stato concesso anche l'uso del terrazzo superiore che ricopre tutto l'appartamento, ideale per prendere il sole o per trascorrere le serate refrigerati dalla fresca brezza marina. Ciò che ci ha sorpreso sono stati soprattutto l'ordine, la pulizia e la cura con cui è tenuta la casa, da veri professionisti dell'houses rental. La posizione è comoda, sia per la distanza dal mare che per la vicinanza di negozi. Il mare è una favola, anche quando è agitato. I colori sono quelli della spiagge caraibiche..... Abbiamo usufruito della spiaggia libera, benché ci siano lidi attrezzati, restando soddisfatti dell'ambiente. Nel periodo di vacanza da noi scelto (seconda quindicina di luglio) abbiamo potuto godere di un clima di tranquillità e pace che non ricordavo da tempo, lontano dai frastuoni e dal caos della città (... e la nostra si chiama Napoli!!!). San Foca si presta, poi, come base per visitare il Salento, anche senza l'uso di un'auto (noi non ce l'abbiamo) ma utilizzando la Salento in bus. Infine, last but not least, abbiamo molto apprezzato l'ospitalità, la gentilezza e la disponibilità di Tony, che ci ha fatti sentire amici e non clienti.

Una soluzione ideale

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana nella casa di Tony, in compagnia di un gruppo di 5 persone e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La casa è grande e a due passi dal mare. La posizione è comoda per visitare città come Lecce ed Otranto, raggiungibili in 20 minuti, o per noleggiare una barca e vedere la costa dal mare. La dotazione della cucina è notevole ed anche il terrazzo che gode di un'ottima vista mare. La casa si trova in una posizione tranquilla in cui è facile parcheggiare. E' stata per noi una soluzione ideale.

Appartamento splendido,accogliente, pulito in ottime condizioni con cucina fornita di ogni comodità. Meravigliosa la terrazza sul tetto da cui si domina una bellissima vista su San Foca e sul mare. Il proprietario è una persona estremamente gentile e disponibile, che ci ha fornito ottimi consigli che ci hanno permesso di godere appieno del nostro soggiorno. Assolutamente consigliato.

Ci si può tornare tranquillamente!

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia nell'appartamento del piano di sopra l'ultima settimana di giugno. L'appartamento è molto grande e confortevole, fornito di tutto il necessario. I mobili delle foto differiscono un po' da quelli realmente presenti nell'appartamento (i mobili della terrazza sono altri e il divano in salotto è uno solo) ma sono sostituti con arredo altrettanto comodo. Il proprietario è disponibilissimo, gentile e sempre pronto a rispondere alle richieste del cliente. Consigliato anche per la vicinanza al mare, bello come sempre è bello il mare del Salento!
