The Casa dell'Acero is located 150 meters (REAL) from the access to the beautiful beach of Torre dell'Orso which allows you to fully enjoy your holiday without having to use the car that remains parked in the garden. Free wifi internet connection throughout the house.
Garden with shared entrance with house behind but of exclusive property, parking space also for exclusive use and bathroom with shower, washing machine, toilet and pilozza, very convenient for when you arrive from the beach; on the 1st floor, entrance with large living room where there is a new and very comfortable double sofa bed, 32 "TV, 2 windows overlooking a large terrace equipped with curtains that can be opened on two sides and equipped for lunch / dinner or to pass the time in complete relaxation after the beach, recently renovated bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and other large shower box, full kitchen equipped with everything you need, hallway with powerful air conditioning, a bedroom with double bed plus a bunk bed, a bedroom with two single beds that join them to form a double. Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fan. Mosquito nets on all windows. The house is ideal for 6 people but the presence of the bunk bed and the sofa bed allows to accommodate up to a max of 8. Discounts available according to the period and the number of people.

Una bella vacanza!
La casa è risultata molto funzionale e comoda, fornita di tutto il necessario per passare una bella vacanza…la casa era pulita e ordinata, la terrazza è perfetta per rilassarsi o gustarsi una buona cena al fresco della sera! Il proprietario è una persona squisita e disponibilissima, se dovessi tornare a Torre dell’Orso sarebbe la prima scelta in assoluto.

Bella settimana!
Abbiamo soggiornato a casa di Marcello nell’ultima settimana di settembre. Abbiamo trovato la casa pulita e accogliente. Nonostante fossimo in 8, siamo riuscite a gestire gli spazi bene. Ottima scelta per passare una bella settimana. La casa è molto comoda per la posizione, vicina al mare e a tutte le occorrenze. Marcello gentile e disponibile

Bellissima casa, pulita, nuova, arredata con gusto e dotata di tutti i confort. Situata in una posizione perfetta, vicina al centro e al mare. Il proprietario Marcello una persona molto gentile, garbata e premurosa. Consiglio vivamente un soggiorno in questa abitazione.

Gemüthliche und Schön
Ich war über eine Woche in Torre Dell´Orso und kann nur gutes erzählen. Marcelo der Hausbesitzer war mit uns sehr geduldig, da wegen Flug, sind wir über 4 Stunden später angekommen. Ganz Nähe am Strand, 5 Min zu Fuß. Der Strand ist sehr schön. Leider die Saison war fast rum und die Geschäfte und Läden dort waren fast alle zu bzw. die haben eine sehr ungewöhnlichen Öffnungszeiten. Das Haus ist groß, mit Küche ausgestattet, Dusche und alles was man braucht um eine schöne Zeit in Italien am Strand zu verbringen. Ich kann nur weiter empfehlen.

Comodo e spazioso appartamento in ottima località
Appartamento spazioso, pulito, zanzariere alle finestre, aria condizionata, materazzi ok, distante 5 min a piedi dal mare e 3 min da negozi. Parcheggio privato. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili.
Bagno principale e cucina un pò “retro”, senza lavastoviglie.
In sommario: Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Lo consigliamo.

I proprietari sono fantastici, il Sig. Marcello ci ha fatto sentire proprio come a casa nostra, appena rifarà il bagno sopra sarà da 5 stelle.
La casa è molto comoda per andare al mare.
Il paese è molto carino e le persone sono tutte molto ospitali. L'unica pecca che abbiamo riscontrato è stata la spiaggia affollata per essere stati a luglio credevamo ci fosse meno affluenza a parte questo la zona è molto bella da visitare.
