Pros: L’appartamento è conforme alle immagini sul sito, curato nei dettagli. Il mare è a poco più di 500m. I proprietari ci hanno dato informazioni, offerto un caffè e al nostro arrivo un liquore homemade. Cons: Per correttezza e trasparenza, sarebbe opportuno specificare sul sito alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere rilevanti per gli ospiti. I proprietari abitano al piano sottostante l’appartamento ed è presente un cane, dolcissimo e ben educato, ma che potrebbe non essere gradito a tutti. L’appartamento non dispone di aria condizionata, ma solo di un ventilatore a soffitto, che con temperature estive intorno ai 40 °C potrebbe non essere sufficiente. Non abbiamo trovato caffè né macchina da caffè, ma solo una moka, né una bottiglia d’acqua di cortesia all’arrivo che sarebbe stata sicuramente gradita. Da attenzionare la biancheria da letto. Il checkout alle ore 9:00 è piuttosto anticipato rispetto allo standard “medio” delle 10:00. Essendo in quattro, abbiamo tardato di circa un’ora, scusandoci con l’host, ma non abbiamo ricevuto risposta. Infine, mancava il tappetino per la doccia essenziale per la sicurezza e per quattro persone era disponibile solo un rotolo e mezzo di carta igienica.

Casa meravigliosa a due passi dal mare

Pros: Gli Host sono eccezionali, ci hanno accolto con calore e accompagnato in tutta la vacanza con suggerimenti sempre utili. La casa è super funzionale per una famiglia come la nostra (2 adulti e 2 bambine), stanze con arredamento perfetto per le vacanze, armadi capienti e letti comodi. In bagno non manca mai acqua o pressione (che per la zona è un super plus). Cucina completa di tutto e terrazzo esterno meraviglioso. Vicinissima alle bellissime spiaggie di Torre Specchia che si raggiungono a piedi in pochi minuti. Cons: Niente, tutto perfetto.

La casa è ben arredata e pulita, in una buona posizione e con una terrazza fantastica! I proprietari sono stati molto disponibili e gentili e ci hanno consigliato molto bene sulle cose da fare in Salento.

Séjour à scoglio

Pour des français prévoir un cafetière plus grande. Il faudrait ajouter une poêle, un saladier, un couteau à légumes, un dessous de plat. La maison est agréable, nous avons passé un bon séjour avec des hôtes à l'écoute.
