The Bilo Standard are vacation apartments for up to 4 people in residences with swimming pool in front of the beach in Torre Specchia Ruggeri, marina di Melendugno.
Simple and cozy, the Bilo standard have everything you need for relaxing stays a stone`s throw from the sea: air conditioning in all rooms, oven, microwave, hair dryer, mosquito nets, full kitchenette.
Pets are allowed.
At guests` disposal are the swimming pool with solarium equipped with umbrellas and deck chairs subject to availability, showers and changing rooms, reserved indoor parking space, wi-fi internet areas.

There are a total of three Bilo Standard apartments in the residence.
One is on the ground floor of the residence, with a gate leading to a small veranda equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining, garden view.
The other two two-room apartments of this type are on the second floor, with partial sea view.
All three are cozy and bright, consisting of a living room, bedroom and bathroom.
The living room, in addition to the kitchenette, table and chairs, also has 1 double sofa bed. A hallway leads to the double bedroom and shower room.

The Residence is a lovely and comfortable complex of vacation apartments in Torre Specchia Ruggeri, marina di Melendugno. The facility is just 10 meters from the beaches, located right in front.
The structure`s apartments are all two-room apartments up to 4 beds and three-room apartments up to 6 beds, divided on four levels and equipped with air conditioning, kitchenette, TV, wi-fi internet.
You can access the sea from the free sandy beach simply by crossing the provincial road in front of the facility.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Shared Pool available from May to October.
- Pool opening from 9am to 1pm and from 3pm to 7pm.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
