Foca, just 800 meters from the most beautiful beaches of the marina on
the Melendugno coastline.

Independent,
adjacent to other vacation homes, Eugenia Mono consists of a single
room in which there are open kitchen, table and chairs, TV, 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed. The interior is complemented by 1 shower room.

The
vacation home complex in which Eugenia Mono is located is along the
coastal road that connects Otranto with Torre dell`Orso, in Frassanito, very close to the beaches of Laghi Alimini.
Residence
Eurogarden is surrounded by greenery and inside there are all the main
services within walking distance: minimarket, bar, tobacconist`s,
restaurant, etc..
Possibility to make Club Card payment on site
to take advantage of all the services of the village, such as
entertainment, shows, swimming pool, shuttle service to and from the sea
with the possibility of subscription to the beach Eurogarden Beach
agreement.
The nearby sea has long beaches with gentle, shallow
outcropping cliffs, transparent turquoise seabed, with the unspoiled
nature of pine forests and Mediterranean scrubland as a backdrop. Nearby
are Torre dell`Orso, the Grotta della Poesia while Otranto is just 10
km away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1 - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare ).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Extra payment for club card not included, forr services offered by the residence.
