The cottage is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi internet,
iron and ironing board, electric oven, dishwasher, mosquito nets, hair
dryer and TV. There is an outdoor shower and parking space in the
garden. Pets allowed.

ornamental flower beds. The garden for exclusive use allows for multiple
car parking.
On both the front and the back of the vacation house there are porches equipped for outdoor dining, relaxation areas and hammock.
The entrance to Villetta A of Le Largure is a large living room furnished with table and chairs, 1 double sofa bed, TV, open kitchenette.
The hallway leads to the sleeping area consisting of 3 bedrooms all equipped with air conditioning, including 1 triple with double bed + single and 2 double rooms. Completes the house 1 shower room.

Villette
Le Largure are located in San Foca, in a quiet area where there are
also other cottages. The sea, promenade, beaches and tower are just 1 km
away .
San
Foca is one of Melendugno's liveliest marinas, award-winning for its
accessible beaches, facilities, crystal clear sea and clean sand. 



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1 - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare ).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
