Three-room apartment sleeps 6 for rent as a vacation home in a small villa with garden in Torre Specchia Ruggeri, near the sea and the beaches of Melendugno.
The
two-room apartment is equipped with accessories such as ceiling fans,
mosquito nets, TV, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Shared with
another house in the cottage are a washing machine and outdoor showers.
In the large garden there are covered parking spaces and barbecue for grilling. Pets allowed.

The
three-room apartment is part of a cottage set in a large garden and
adjacent to another vacation home. In common, the two houses have a
laundry room. Otherwise, the house is completely autonomous, introduced
by a lovely furnished veranda for relaxing, lunching and dining outdoors, of exclusive pertinence.
The entrance to the three-room apartment is into a living room with dining room, fireplace, TV and ceiling blades. Next to it is the kitchenette with direct access to the veranda. A hallway leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 1 double bedroom and 1 quad room with double bed + bunk bed, and completed by 1 shower room.
All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets and ceiling fans.

The
vacation cottage is located in Torre Specchia Ruggeri, a marina in
Melendugno lying on the award-winning Adriatic coast, characterized by
beaches with excellent services, low and accessible cliffs, small sandy
coves and crystal clear sea that open along the coast from the high and
striking cliffs.
Some of Salento`s most famous destinations can be
reached within a few minutes` drive, such as the WWF nature reserve at
Cesine, the marinas of San Foca, Torre dell`Orso, and the stacks of
Sant`Andrea, as well as the beaches and pine forests of Laghi Alimini. 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1 - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare ).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
