Villino La Tramontana is a 6-bed vacation home located in the center of San Foca,
marina of Melendugno. The cottage is a few steps from the sea, has
large verandas equipped with table and chairs, outdoor shower and parking space.
The vacation home has ceiling fans in all rooms, washing machine,
fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and induction hob, hair
dryer, TV, mosquito nets on doors and windows, iron and ironing board. Pets are allowed.

The vacation home is surrounded by large outdoor spaces where you can dine and dine al fresco and has two entrances.
The main gate-accessible entrance is into a covered veranda, furnished with table and chairs. The second gate at the back provides access to the parking space in a courtyard with flower beds, outdoor shower, washing machine, table, chairs and umbrella for spending time outdoors.
The interiors of Villino La Tramontana are cozy, simply furnished and functional for a vacation a stone`s throw from the sea.
A hallway leads to a large living room with an open kitchen,
dining room, sofa and TV. From the living room, there is access to two
verandas, an open veranda equipped with outdoor furniture, and a covered
veranda.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, two
doubles and one twin with single beds, a full shower room, and a half
bath. From the sleeping area there is an exit to the back yard, where
there is a shower room.

Villino La Tramontana is located in San Foca,
in the town center and less than 200 meters from the beach. All
services are at hand and within walking distance. San Foca, in addition
to beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea, boasts excellent services
and for this reason it is multi-awarded with the Blue Flag along with
all the marinas of Melendugno.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1 - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare ).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 60 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The second bathroom does not have a shower.
